Hi, I am Tracy and I am a professional photographer. Currently, I run my business part-time out of my own home. My full-time day job is taking care of my two monkeys. I have a preschool aged daughter, and a toddler son. Because of this, I am not near my business phone during the day. Please call and leave a brief message with your name, phone number, and a brief description of your inquiry. I WILL return your call later in the day...no later than the next day. My family is very important to me, and I am lucky to have a business where the opportunity to spend the developmental years with my kids at home.

We had a fun session this past weekend. Big sister really stole the show. She’s so excited to have a little brother. She’s going to be a great “help” to mom! I am looking forward to meeting baby “R.” Take care, and i hope the remainder of your pregnancy goes by smoothly.

A hot but beautiful day at Greenfield Village was the setting of our most recent outdoor senior session. Be on the look out for the other two portions of this young man’s session. We will be photographing him in his ROTC uniform as well as capturing his passion for playing the piano. Clint is our male Student Rep this year. We got a ton of fun shots out at the Village.

The weather finally cooperated for us. We had a gorgeous day with low humidity. Here’s a peek of our outdoor session.

Without further ado….
I had the pleasure of photographing the boys of a friend of mine. I tell you, with boys they can be such monkeys, I thought for sure this was going to be a tough session. I was so wrong. These guys just loved being photographed and just poured on the charm. These guys are helping me towards my accreditation with Special Kids Photography of America
And if you haven’t noticed, I am experimenting with my watermarks and logo for posting my images on the web with my copyright notice. So far this current version is my favorite. That’s not to say I won’t change my mind yet again!
Today’s maternity session was fun. We tried some new ideas as I begin to really define a style for myself. We had fun, and I am sure they will love the final proofs.
I look forward to August when the baby arrives. It will be an enjoyable newborn session as well.

Originally we had our session scheduled for outdoors, but you know how that Michigan weather is. We got quite the storm. We’ll be rescheduling the outdoor leg of it within the next couple weeks. I am looking forward to it. Plan B with the studio worked out just great though! You were a pleasure to work with!
This young ladies family requested portraits in her communion dress. I tell you as much as I love working with infants and toddlers, this age group is a lot of fun. They are at the age where they can take direction so much better. This made for an easy session.

I thought it would be appropriate to post this sneak peek today. Nothing is finer than a portrait of a man and his son. This is actually baby boy #2 for this proud Father.
I’m experimenting with a new color scheme. I am thinking that I like the brown tones better than grey. It makes the site feel a little warmer.

Who would have thought that June 7th would be nearly 90 degrees?? It was a busy day with 2 family sessions. I enjoyed each one thoroughly despite the weather being such a challenge.

I have been looking forward to this session ever since Mom contacted me. Little miss blue eyes is 1 year old! You may or may not recognize her. It’s amazing how much babies can change in 6 months.
She first came to me for her 6 month portraits, and was a doll then. Just look at her now.
In case you are wondering…She is my little cover girl. She’s on the front page of my main website. I am still in awe at how different she looks. She still has those gorgeous blue eyes though! You can’t miss them.
